These terms apply to purchases made through thepixieprintshop.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We design and 3D print goods to order in PLA, a rigid plant-based plastic. Products are decorative and household items intended for ordinary domestic use. They are not toys for unsupervised young children unless stated, and they are not medical devices.

PLA softens at high temperatures. Do not put our products in a dishwasher's heated drying cycle, in a microwave, in an oven, or leave them in a hot car. Where an item is described as top-rack dishwasher safe, that means the top rack without heated drying.

Personalization

When you submit a name or text to be printed, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's trademark or copyright, and is not offensive or unlawful. We reserve the right to decline any personalization request, and will refund an order in full if we do.

We print exactly the text you submit, including capitalization and spelling. Please check it carefully before completing checkout.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep the site accurate, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do.

Intellectual property

Our designs, product photographs, and site content belong to The Pixie Print Shop. Please do not copy, resell, or reproduce them without permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights in the design.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
