Q: How long can the name be?

Up to 13 characters. We scale the lettering to fit the space, so shorter names print larger and bolder.

Q: When will my order ship?

We ship within 4 to 7 business days. Everything is printed after you order it, and that window lets us do yours properly instead of rushing it. Most orders go out sooner. Delivery time after that depends on the service you pick at checkout.

Q: How do I look after them?

Hand wash in cool water and towel dry. Please don't put them in the dishwasher, and don't leave them anywhere hot (like a closed car in summer). Heat is the one thing that can damage a printed piece.

Ordering and personalization

How do I personalize my item?

On the product page, type the name, pick a lettering style, and choose two colors, one for the body and one for the name. None of it costs extra.

How long can the name be?

How many colors and fonts are there?

25 colors and 8 lettering styles. You pick a primary and a secondary color, so the combinations are yours to make.

I made a typo. Can you fix it?

Yes, if we haven't started printing. Email store@thepixieprintshop.com as soon as you notice and we'll correct it at no charge. Once a personalized piece is printed it can't be resold to anyone else, so please double-check the spelling before you check out.

Making and shipping

When will my order ship?

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $4.95 on every U.S. order. Express shipping is $15 if you need it sooner.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only.

The products

What are they made from?

A tough 3D-printing plastic called PLA. It's plant-based, light, and plenty sturdy for everyday use.

How do I look after them?

Returns

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized pieces are made specifically for you and can't be sold to anyone else, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on them for a change of mind or for a name entered incorrectly at checkout.

What about items without personalization?

Those can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll make it right. Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out. Full details are in our refund and return policy.

Can I ask for something custom?
