Questions we get a lot
- How long does it take? We ship within 5 to 7 business days, often sooner. Delivery time is on top of that.
- How long can the name be? Up to 13 characters, or 16 on the sticky note holder. We scale the lettering to fit, so shorter names print larger.
- Can I change my order? Yes, if we haven't started printing. Message us as soon as you can, because we often begin within a day.
- Something arrived wrong or damaged? We'll replace it or refund you, and you won't pay return shipping. See our refund policy.
