Shipping Policy

Production time

Every order is printed to order, so there is a production window before it ships. We dispatch within 5 to 7 business days. Because each personalized piece is printed individually, that window gives us room to get yours right — in practice most orders go out sooner. If anything is going to take longer than usual, we will let you know.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the service selected at checkout. Production time and delivery time are separate — the total time to receive your order is the sum of both.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $4.95 on every U.S. order. Express shipping is $15 if you need it sooner. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking where the selected service provides it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost. Contact us as soon as you notice an error — if the order has not shipped yet, we can usually correct the address at no charge.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
