Refund and Return Policy

Everything we sell is printed to order, and most of it carries a name that was chosen by you. That shapes this policy, so please read it before ordering.

Personalized items

Because a personalized piece is made specifically for you and cannot be sold to anyone else, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items for change of mind, or because a name was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Names are limited to 11 characters, and we scale the lettering to fit — shorter names print larger. Please double-check the spelling, colors and font on your order before you complete checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away — if we have not started printing yet, we will happily correct it at no charge.

Non-personalized items

Items without personalization may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong

We will make it right, personalized or not. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay return shipping in these cases.

This covers print defects, parts that arrive broken, and orders that were made with the wrong name, color or font compared with what you submitted.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin printing. Because we often start within a day, please contact us as soon as possible. Once printing has begun on a personalized item, we are not able to cancel it.

Colors

Filament color can vary slightly between batches, and screens render color differently. Small variation from the color shown on the site is normal and is not considered a fault.
